sorry if partly double post, did at first glance not see specific MD701 section

now via  extra update cycles been able to get newest SW in: OBD2 v1.3 and Toyota profile v2.2
so can now ID correct car in scan mode (auto), and get access to relevant manufacturer specific codes

BUT have several issues crippling the functionality
1) in scan mode not be able to save the car/model profile when selecting extra options,
2) live data in OBD2 mode: push save, counter starts telling frames it is saving, push 'stop save' OR esc, BUT NO 'save complete' acknowledgement -> go into playback = empty??..look at SD card = '0kb' files, tried this several times , always same thing. Old SW was working w save
3) in scan mode there is also live data option for manufacturer/Toyota codes, here the save mode does not work either
4) stored data displayed in playback files chooser: follow now easy to guess sequence (not after 'time stamp' , not alphabetically, new data stream files are placed some where in the middle = a lot of guess work or 'test and see' which one is what)

the static fields like ECU or error codes, save ok

have any body else had this problem, with newest updates?

well nailed it down a little further
it is OBD2 v1.3 that will not save (only empty files)
the previous OBD2 v1.1 DOES save valid live data

the Toyta v2.2 profile is not workin right, but is needed to ID my Yaris ..it will not bring me past the car auto-ID page (only page offered)

tried a new SD card 10x speed and fresh install .. it did miss a 'VehicleSave.txt' file from old SD card (?) to activate a special field in the Toyota profile so I could see some banks of manufacturer specific codes (as alternative to the auto-ID page) ..it then offers live data / save .. BUT it does NOT save (only empty files)

all very shaky SW..and activity on thise fora is like looking for a needle in a hay stack (handful post for all fora in one day.. should have been 1000's if there was anything serious about it..compared to 'spam' presence of Autel sales pages in google searches)
